I had to do my DOT renewnal PHYSICAL I have to say this place was a little difficult to find, and its on the service road of 635 E exit Hillcrest. It's before you get to the light at Hillcrest in the light brown buildings. Dr. B. Mays was so nice, down to earth, and has a great sense of professionalism. He didn't take long, and he was very polite in making sure I did all of the requirements effectively. I would recommend him for DOT PHYSICAL, CHIROPRACTOR, or any injury concerns.<br>His office was well decorated, clean, and has a very welcoming feel to it.
Great experience, had my DOT visit and he was able to handle a rush hour very efficiently. Was able to get back to work in time for my 2nd shift. Will definitely recommend his services.

Great experience. I've been going to Axis for the SoftWave treatments, and it has helped me so much. I was having a problem with pain in my hip, and after the first treatment the pain was reduced. Now, I go in for tune ups wherever I feel pain.
Dr. Mays the first black chiropractor to take care of all them aches and pain, the man is definitely on top of it. He’s very professional, on a scale 1-10 he got my 10.

My experience has been unbelievably great! When I first came to see Dr May's<br>I could barely walk or put any pressure on my knee. After a month 8 sessions my knee feels great! I went dancing for the first time in about six months! And had no issues. I would recommend this treatment to anyone experiencing joint pain!
My left foot plantar fasciitis is almost resolved (after three treatments) from the soft wave therapy rendered by Dr Mays. He has been very caring, compassionate, and professional while working with me to restore function to my left foot.

I had an amazing adjustment with Dr. Mays today and I’m walking on a cloud. I’m currently 4 months pregnant and started waddling, with a stiff and sore back and neck due to the changes quickly happening to my body. He snapped, crackled and popped me right back into shape!
